SATURDAY 24th April 2010:- After a poor start by rockets gifting a goal to the opposition the lads soon got there act together producing some of the best attacking football rockets have produced for sometime with Ryan Withey prominent also Tom Pratt each of them scoring goals from 30 yards out and making the score 4.2 at half time. in the 2nd half rockets started very brightly and started adding more goals to there total spurred on by a great captain performance from josh graham, the icing on the cake came from the introduction of mitch brooks who finally got on the score sheet for rockets with a brace, a fantastic day at the office finishing 10 2 to rockets mom Ryan Withey although ran very close by Tom Pratt

 

SATURDAY 1st May 2010:  In a good end of season match with nothing on the game whilst Portland produced some good Football, Rockets were in control of the game, with goalscoring an important factor to win the end of season award.  Ryan Withey scored two goals, and had a great effort from the kick off saved by the keeper, but with goals from Marcus Nicholas and Danny Edwards and Jack (Penalty) Rockets were the deserved 6-1 winners, with man of the match:  Lloyd Moseley.

DOWNS LEAGUE MATCHES:- You will be expected to be in changing Room 11, by 1.45pm (2.30pm kick off) 1.15pm (2.00pm kick off) on Match Days, please ring Bizzer Farr if not available..also DO NOT park on the Grass (They Clamp)..Bring your £7 subs (This includes all training and laundry costs). Also go for a drink in the 'Plough and Windmill'
